Yes! Worldwide shipping is available, with different shipping rates depending on the destination country.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within a few business days.

While the materials themselves are not easily damaged by water, it is highly recommended to avoid exposing products to rain or excessive moisture in order to preserve them in the best possible condition over time.

A backorder product is temporarily out of stock but will be available again with the manufacturer’s next restock. You can already purchase it, knowing that it will not be shipped immediately.

A preorder means the product is being produced for the very first time. Even though it is not physically available yet, you can already purchase it and it will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives from the manufacturer.

Usually, preorder products presented on the website have an estimated waiting time of up to 2 weeks before stock arrival, followed by the normal processing and shipping times.

Yes! You can purchase products normally and select free convention pickup during checkout by choosing one of the available events.

If you are unable to collect your order at the selected event, it can either be delivered at a future convention or shipped to your home after payment of the shipping costs.
