To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customized, commissioned, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
