All products are subject to availability. Colors and appearance may slightly vary due to screen settings and the final production process based on the designs. Products marked as preorder or backorder are shipped at a later date as specified on the FAQ page.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges determined by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, according to EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Customized, commissioned, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
